Job Details:

• Pay: $3,400 per week
  
• $600 additional travel reimbursement
  
• 11 week contract starting ASAP
  
• 5x8 - Evening Shifts / 40hrs guaranteed per week
  
• Location: San Francisco, CA
  

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License
  
• Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a Case Manager
  
• BLS via American Heart Association 
  
• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory reference
