Position Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Senior Motion Graphics Video Producer who’s not just a master of animation but also a team player who thrives on getting the job done, whatever it takes. Your expertise in both 3D and 2D animation, alongside a mastery of software like Blender, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), will drive the visual impact of our educational content. An eye for detail, a commitment to top-quality standards, and the ability to deliver on time are all essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Collaboration : Lead a team of video editors, set the standard for quality, and oversee projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Advanced Video Production : Directly edit and produce high-quality video content, leveraging both 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, and color grading.
  • Master Equipment and Set Work : Operate and troubleshoot professional video equipment, preview monitors, expert lighting setups, and broadcast tools to ensure optimal on-set production.
  • Complex Software Solutions : Utilize industry-standard software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), and other advanced tools.
  • Storage and File Management : Manage storage, archiving, flash drives, and video file organization for efficient and secure post-production workflows.
  • File Format and Web Optimization : Prepare assets in the correct file formats (JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, MP3, MP4) with web specifications in mind.
  • Collaborative, Flexible Approach : Support cross-departmental projects, bring a collaborative spirit, and embrace a “no task too small” mentality.

Qualifications:

  • Equipment Expertise : Deep understanding of professional video equipment, including cameras, broadcast tools, preview monitors, and lighting setups for optimal production quality.
  • Comprehensive Software Knowledge : Expert in Vfx, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Motion Graphics, 2D and 3D Animation, Premier, Davinci Resolve, Capcut, Adobe Suite, Graphic design, Illustration
  • Color Grading and File Preparation : Advanced color grading with DaVinci Resolve and expertise in video file formats, storage solutions, and post-production workflows.
  • Set Experience : Background in on-set production with knowledge of lighting, equipment handling, and working alongside crew members.
  • Detail-Oriented Leader : Strong leadership, organization, and motivation skills with a commitment to high-quality output and tight deadlines.
  • Medical Industry Familiarity : Knowledge of medical or anatomical detail is a plus.
