Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

• Develop industry GTM Strategies in partnership with sales leadership
• Play a key role in strategic planning: segmentation, headcount planning, territory design, investment allocation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on sales strategies and execution
• Work with teams to identify opportunity, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
• Summarize inputs, identify insights and develop compelling recommendations for Go-to-market leaders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 2+ years total work experience at a top management consulting firm, or strategy and operations at a technology company (or similar)
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner; comfortable in business and technical discussions
• Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others
• Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
• Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
• Expertise in enterprise software/ SaaS industry and GTM Strategy a plus

Compensation and Benefits

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $144,200-$214,401 USD, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
