At gpac, your earning potential is uncapped, with top performers making between $250,000 to $500,000 annually!
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct extensive candidate searches across online platforms, databases, and networks.
* Evaluate candidate qualifications to match with specific job openings.
* Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts for candidate sourcing.
* Perform candidate screenings and interviews for role suitability.
* Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
* Guide candidates through the recruitment process for a positive experience.
* Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
* Skillfully negotiate job offers for mutual benefit.
* Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven success in roles like a search consultant or recruitment specialist.
* Proficiency in sourcing techniques through various platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to assess and match candidate qualifications to job opportunities.
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
* Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
