What we are looking for:

We are seeking a structured and well-organized Project Manager with a great attitude to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the Industrial Process Equipment-related projects from start to finish with the support of the GLM Team. This included setting up the projects in the early stages, managing the project execution, and finalizing and closing out the projects while coordinating and delegating the work. The positions require you to be able to travel nationwide and to work at customers' plant sites regularly, as part of the commissioning team.

Your attitude, experience, professionalism, and communication with the customers are a vital part of your role. We are looking for an individual that can “hit the ground running.” You will not be an island, you will be managing the projects, planning, and coordinating the work with the internal GLM Team. The projects are your responsibility to complete on time, in scope, and in budget. Not only your experience but also your personality as a project manager will be critical, as you are coordinating with other team members and customers daily.

Responsibilities:

• Site visits and walk-downs
• Plan and manage industrial projects
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff
• Work with GLM project management procedures
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Communication with customers
• Project reporting and documentation

Education:

• Technical Degree
• PMP certification is a plus
• Work with Microsoft programs
