Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Program Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of client-facing projects. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our federal clients and driving strategic growth within the organization. As a Corporate Program Manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring excellent client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and supporting corporate business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
As the Corporate Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Portfolio Management: Oversee a variety of projects supporting federal clients, ensuring the successful execution of each initiative.
Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent communication.
Team Leadership: Manage project team resources, including recruiting, hiring, performance management, and timesheet approval.
Remote Team Management: Lead large, primarily remote teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve program risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
Business Development: Contribute to corporate business development and strategic growth initiatives.
Contract Management: Support federal acquisition and contracting processes, with experience in managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) contracts preferred.
Work Environment
This position is primarily remote but may require occasional travel to federal client sites or corporate events in the Washington, D.C. metro region.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing multiple projects, programs, and teams simultaneously, ideally with experience supporting federal agencies.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
Time Management: Excellent time-management and coordination skills, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Personnel Management: Proven experience in personnel management, including performance management and conducting interviews.
Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Security Clearance: A current Secret or Top Secret Clearance is preferred. If not already held, willingness to participate in the screening process to obtain one is required.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent, is preferred.

Salary Range
$120,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
