MARKETING INTERN

We're on the lookout for an organized, analytical, ambitious Marketing Intern. In this role, you will support our marketing team with hands-on responsibilities ranging from scheduling emails and text messages to updating key reports that inform strategic decisions. You will assist in the marketing of our three direct-to-consumer brands, Legacybox, Southtree and KODAK Digitizing. You are passionate about helping others, self-motivated, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

What you'll do

• Support our email and SMS programs by scheduling promotional emails and text messages, setting up appropriate link markup, and QAing customer experiences
• Maintain weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Assist our influencer marketing program by setting up VIP orders and creating custom codes and landing pages for their followers
• Help approve influencer generated content for paid social amplification
• Suggest an organic social media marketing plan including performing market research, creating an editorial calendar, collaborating with our design team to generate posts, copywriting, posting, analyzing results, and recapping takeaways for the team
• Special projects including but not limited to photoshoot support, A/B testing for site optimization, press releases, ad-hoc reports, one-off marketing requests

Who you are

• Rising Junior or Senior in the Chattanooga area, majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, New Media, Public Relations or other relevant field
• Logical, linear thinker with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
• Ability to effectively organize information, manage projects, and work with others on a close-knit team
• A "no task is too small" attitude and a positive, spirited outlook

Extra Credit

• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience creating, maintaining or managing content editorial calendar
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each platform can be effectively utilized
