Their Trial & Litigation Practice Group handles cases from initial pleadings through trial and appeals in both state and federal courts.

Job Description

Handle all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal.
Work on complex cases involving constitutional law, civil rights, eminent domain, and more.
Participate in litigation strategy, research, and writing of persuasive legal arguments.
Manage electronic discovery and law and motion practice in state and federal courts.
Develop evidence, interview witnesses, and take/defend depositions.
Focus on building a strong case for trial, particularly in high-stakes and large-scale litigation.

Qualifications: Qualifications

4-6 years of litigation experience, ideally with complex case management.
Strong research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft clear legal arguments.
Experience in federal and state courts, including dispositive motions.
Familiarity with electronic discovery and deposition practice.
Eminent Domain or real estate law experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
