The Home-Based Customer Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving concerns, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive and professional interaction with every client. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and clients, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Schedule appointments, reschedule visits, and provide updates regarding services.
  • Address customer questions related to products, services, insurance claims, and billing.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide personalized support that reflects the company’s commitment to excellent patient care.
