Description:

Client is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a large Agile development program. The candidate will be focused on developing and implementing Continuous Integration and Deployment automation solutions in support of the Wholesale Credit line of business.

7+ years in Information Technology

5+ years developing, implementing, and/or supporting DevOps solutions

Experience with source control management systems and code-branching strategies is required.

Experience with one or more scripting or low-level programming language required.

Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum.

Must be autonomous/self-starter – will be a part of a team driving adoption of DevOps/CI/CD solutions across 200+ users and 20 feature teams.

Work efforts must be thorough and focused with strong attention to detail.

Highly professional with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to coordinate with implementation partners, business, other IT managers, architecture, internal stakeholders, and developers to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive adoption.

Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast paced project execution while coordinating work efforts across multiple feature (agile scrum) teams.

Experience developing complex build/deployment solutions using enterprise automation tools, such as:

Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, XL Release (XLR), ANT, SFDX (Salesforce CLI), maven, qTest.

Experience with one or more scripting or low-level programming language is required. Python is preferred.

Experience with Linux command-line is required.

Exposure to Infrastructure as Code is a plus.

Exposure to enterprise monitoring technologies (Splunk, App Dynamics) is a plus.

Exposure to MuleSoft Mule is a plus.

Exposure to Salesforce is a plus
