The Opportunity Our Design team is excited to welcome a Design Intern to join us in our mission to help people get their best sleep. This person is creative, empathetic, curious and comfortable speaking in public. Hatch's Design team is deeply in tune with our users and their frustrations and we strive to create the best user experience possible. This role will report to Hatch's Manager, Product Design. This person must be based near Redwood City, CA and be able to join us at the Hatch Lab 3 days a week in person. What You'll Do: Supporting our research team with crafting and conducting qualitative and quantitative research efforts. Work with product, content and marketing teams to craft and execute creative methodologies to gather feedback (e.g. leading interviews, writing surveys and designing stimulus). We're looking for passion for representing the voice of the customer, diving into challenging UX problems, and advocating for user needs.
