In this role, you'll craft exceptional dining experiences and lead operations from the ground up. If you're a hospitality expert with a flair for innovation and eager to make your mark in our exciting new venture, join us in creating exceptional dining experiences As the Beverage Director, your role revolves around overseeing all beverage programs within your domain. Your primary responsibility is to curate and manage an array of beverage offerings, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. You will be entrusted with the task of leading a team of associates and maintaining strong client relations. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities:Foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.Collaborate closely with the Chef and management team to develop beverage menus and deliver top-notch drink options.Oversee all financial aspects, including profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting, related to beverage operations.Spearhead the introduction of innovative and exciting beverage programs.Preferred Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.Three to five years of experience in beverage management and operations.Proficiency in handling high-volume beverage production and catering.Previous experience in budget management.A strong eagerness to learn and advance within a distinguished foodservice company.
