- Fidelity Leadership Program - This is an opportunity for MBA students. The Financial Leadership Program is a two-year financial rotational program that falls under the Corporate Finance sector. They are assigned internal business projects for different business groups within Fidelity under the Corporate Finance sector. The team members get placed on meaningful projects and get to work with different business units to solve critical Finance issues
- FidelityYOU - The Fidelity YOU Program is an entry-level, 24 month onboarding experience crafted to prepare individuals for a career in operations. This role will participate in a 2-week onboarding cohort experience designed to accelerate their understanding of financial services and our global operations community.
- Client Relations Group ( Sales)- Investment Sales Associate (ISA) is the entry role to our extensive, multi-year Investment Sales Desk Development Program (ISDP). As part of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) - Intermediary Investment Client Group, we offer a collaborative, competitive and high energy sales environment. The (ISA) role will prepare and expose you to many facets of financial services and investment products. If you love working with people, have a strong interest in financial services, seek aggressive skill development, with built in opportunities for progression and promotion, this is the job for you
- Customer Relationship Advocate - In this role, you will assist our clients with a broad range of needs including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades. As a new CRA, you'll learn about the financial services industry, develop your skills, and gain new experiences.
The following business areas participate in the FidelityYOU program. - Operations and Services Group : provides back-office support functions for a registered broker dealer that provides systems support, operational services, information management and financial products to retail and institutional customers worldwide. This includes responding to inbound calls, performing trade execution, and acting as a client advocate throughout the Fidelity organization.
- Client Experience: provides service and operational support to clients including addressing client inquiries regarding: Transfer of Assets, New Accounts, and Money Movement. The Client Experience organization is committed to delivering innovative client experience solutions across our platforms, products and services.
- Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations : provides accounting and investment management support services to Fidelity businesses and mutual fund shareholders. The mission of FFIO is to deliver exceptional investment services. In this group, participants will shadow roles through four groups within FFIO including fund accounting, data management, trade processing, and regulatory reporting.
- Fidelity Capital Markets: provides critical brokerage capabilities as a utility for Fidelity's channels and customers, as well to the external institutional clients. FCM's mission is to provide innovative brokerage solutions through technology, transparency, and innovation to meet the needs of the clients.
- Healthcare Operations: delivers the best service levels in the industry; customer focused and provides the right solutions to enable employees to make informed decisions about their health care benefits.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
